We are going to explore its astounding natural beauty that magnetizes vacationers/ tourists or visitors attraction. It's a country of exclusive culture and tradition. It's one of the best places on the globe with delicious cuisine and hospitable people. Kuala Lumpur is its capital with charming iconic Petronas Twin Towers. Malaysia has many offshore geographical places. There would be around 510 which include ridges, sandbank and rocks. It's a multicultural state with many festivals and celebrations. Tour to Malaysia, is really a unique and pleasant experience. There're lots of choices to stay in Malaysia, so it's tough to decide where to stay? Restoran Anjung Keli <b>Perlis</b>... memang terbaiklah.. - blog <b>...</b> Posted: 06 Jun 2014 02:03 AM PDT assalamualaikum... pagi-pagi lagi dapat bbm dari Ira, ckp mata dia sakit mintak tlg bwkkan ke klinik private.. kena plak hari nie Jumaat, kt Kedah nie kebanyakkan klinik tutup... so decide la pegi cari kt Arau.. cari kt area Arau macam xda ja.. tanya ja orang kt ctue, dia bg direction ke klinik kesihatan ja.. so cari la lagi kami smpai ke Kangar.. terjumpa lah kt area Jejawi satu klinik nie.. dh settle hal Ira nie.. saya decide nak makan tengah hari kat Anjung Keli... tempat makanan nie memang famous.. saya tak pernah try lagi tapi dok baca orang komen memang sedap.. so pegi la cari.... smpai plak awal dlm 11 lebih, time tue pon dh mula orang datang nak lunch.. makanan kat cnie lauk campur.. macam-macam jenia lauk pauk ada.. rambang mata tengok.. mcm semua nak di try...walaupon ikan keli saya tak makan lauk lain still byk boleh di makan... saya ambek nasi, ayam goreng, smbal udang, sayur cendawan, kuah masak lemak + ait teh ais... baru rm 9.30.. tapi puas hati memang makanan dia sedap.. masak lemak perggh sedap.. nanti nak repeat lagi makan kt sini...
Restoran yang dibuka sejak 2006 menyediakan menu, ikan keli bakar dan ikan keli goreng yang dimakan bersama nasi serta masakan kampung lain termasuk ulam-ulaman. Terletak di Jalan Padang Behor, Behor Pulai berhampiran Institut Pendidikan Guru Perlis dan Institut Latihan Perindustrian (ILP) di Kangar, ia mudah dikunjungi.
Katanya, juadah utama adalah berasaskan ikan keli, masakan yang diwarisi daripada ibu bapanya, Salleh Ali serta arwah ibunya, Zaiton Mohd Hanafiah. Di bawah kendalian isterinya, Amis Azura Abd Majid, restoran itu menyediakan hidangan ikan keli goreng, bakar, gulai dan masak sambal selain 40 pelbagai pilihan masakan kampung. "Tiada resipi rahsia bagi menjadikan ikan keli yang dibakar atau digoreng itu enak dimakan, cuma saya pastikan ikan yang dibekalkan bersih selain perlu mengelar badan ikan itu sebelum dihantar ke restoran. "Kami menggunakan rempah-ratus terpilih dan kawalan api dengan betul bagi memastikan ikan keli yang digoreng enak dan rangup," katanya. Menu lain yang popular ialah pajeri nanas atau terung, gulai ikan, masak lemak sayur, daging masak kurma, pelbagai jenis kerabu dan pekasam. "Setiap hari kami menyediakan 120 kilogram ikan keli," katanya. Restoran itu juga menyediakan sup istimewa bersama makanan laut dan daging bakar sambil ditemani tiupan angin sepoi-sepoi bahasa dari sawah padi berdekatan. Berkonsep terbuka, lebih 500 pelanggan mengunjungi restoran setiap hari dan jumlah itu meningkat pada musim perayaan dan cuti persekolahan. Restoran Anjung Keli dibuka setiap hari kecuali Khamis minggu pertama dan ketiga. kalau nak tengok fb Anjung Keli pon ada.. ada lagi banyak pic artis-artis yang penah datang sini.. yang terbaru bulan Mei hari tue Fahrin Ahmad datang... rugi kalau datang perlis tak singgah makan sini... habis ja makan, misi cari pelam harum manis.. tue next entry saya cita.... |
